The Online Platforms officer is the technical expert of the Family Links Website & the Family Links Extranet who promotes the policies and best practices established by the Product Manager and based in Geneva provides support in the use of new technological solutions, including development of tutorials and new teaching material, guidance for users and application support under the coordination of the SharePoint Functional Administrator based in Belgrade
The Belgrade Shared Service Centre (BSSC) is looking for one suitable candidate to fill the following position:
Online Platforms Officer
(location Belgrade)
MAIN TASKS
- Creates and manages support tickets (when escalation to central IT support teams is required)
- Creates and maintains specific training materials, as well as provides training of Family Links Websites & the Family Links Extranet effectively
- Creates content within the Family Links Website & the Family Links Extranet; manages user access, maintains groups, permission levels, and permissions in compliance with security policies.
- Reports bugs, problems, shares lessons learned and suggests improvements to the Product Manager
- Contributes in User Acceptance Testing and regression testing by managing test case, creating and managing tickets.
- Ensures central IT policies and processes are followed within the Family Links Website & the Family Links Extranet
REQUIRED PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in service delivery and application support, field of data and information management
- Excellent command of MS Office Suite tools, advanced knowledge of Excel Experience with data quality control
- Fluent knowledge of English language
- ITIL Certification and knowledge of SharePoint project delivery should be considered an asset

- Excellent capacity to work independently and/or with minimal supervision, respecting the established framework
