Operation Director Administrator

(Location: Abroad)

Responsibilities:

• Collecting and generate reports needed for Line Manager,
• Independently drafts and performs daily correspondence, e-mails, letters and faxes with the approval of the Line Manager,
• Records, organizes and schedules meetings,
• Types and edits texts for the needs of business and business correspondence of the department,
• Keeps record of meetings and other daily obligations of the Line Manager and their timely execution,
• Records and distributes business mails within the department,
• Issued documentation to competent departments at request,
• Keeps and reviews registers, track changes and highlights any variances from the previous reports,
• Taking care that all documentations flow in accordance with the internal policies and procedures of the Company,
• Is responsible for the confidentiality of information made available to him/her.

Requirements:

• College degree (VI grade) general, economy or organization direction
• Minimum 3 years of experience in executing works
• Fluent English (mandatory)
• Excellent organization skills, analytical and report writing skills
• Advanced business communication
• Advanced computer skills (MS Office – Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Driving license B category
