Tasks:

• Planning, organization and execution of Sea Transport Shipments
• Customer inquiries handling, and offers preparation
• Invoices preparation and handling
• Wide cooperation with carriers, customers and business partners, which includes:
• Maintaining personal contacts
• Reaching the best rates through negotiation process
• Customer service

Requirements:

• Higher commercial education or special education in freight forwarding
• Desirable 1-3 years of previous experience at same or similar positions
• Desirable knowledge of Sea Transport and/or freight forwarding
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office
• Knowledge of languages:
• Fluent English is necessary
• German and/or Chinese is a special advantage
• Accurate, self initiative and self-confident personality
• Business orientation and customer focus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Positive and motivating attitude
• High level of accurate working
