You will:
- Ensure the business development and account management teams are fully supported

Requirements:
- 5y+ of working experience
- 3y+ of managing teams
- Proven ability to design work processes
- Experience building teams
- Comfortable with metrics and a spreadsheet guru
- Knowledgeable with software and automation platforms
- Fluent English, written and spoken
