Job description:

The selected candidate will have an important and challenging role of managing start-up operations in Serbia. Working closely with the CEO, the focus is on commercial placement of company’s service line and market development in Serbia. Furthermore, the activities include building and leading the team of highly skilled staff in Serbia for the global operations, business development and coordinating actions with units abroad.

Responsibility:

• Accountable for service pioneering which includes business start-up activities and positioning of new service to the market
• Provide full customer support and top user experience in service handling and claims management
• Structure, prepare and presentation of service content
• Build business relations and have field visits to current and potential clients
• Team leading, organization and mentoring on daily, weekly and monthly levels and following of accomplished results
• Work closely with international units through service support and coordination
• Progress monitoring, analysis and reporting on the market trends and launched contracts

Requirements:

• Relevant business or economic degree (University degree is an advantage)
• Minimum 4-5 years in similar business experience (Customer Care, CRM, Call Center)
• Basic IT knowledge in technical equipment/network

General skills:

• Strong character with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to independently and proactively deliver on new content and frequent challenges
• High communication and organizational skills, dedicated, cooperative
• PC literacy – MS Office package
• English – working proficiency
• Active driver (B category license)
