Persist is seeking a highly-motivated
Outbound Sales Representative
You’ll be finding and qualifying new prospects to partner with for our client sales team. This includes generating and organizing leads in our CRM system, initiating contact, identifying customer pain points, and communicating our unique value proposition. Your goal will be to set qualified meetings for your account manager and transfer the prospect for closing.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Identifying and qualifying prospects in home improvement industry nationwide
- Use HubSpot CRM to track progress for all prospects
- Pitching our services to qualified prospects
- Learning all responsibilities handled by the client services team to be able to pitch in to other areas when needed.
- Report sales goals,objectives and results to managing director periodically.
- 2+ years sales experience
- Execute a outbound sales playbook
- Communicating a highly targeted value proposition
- Performing live meetings with showcase accounts and success stories
- Experience working in and maintaining a CRM
- Wears many hats and plugs in wherever needed
- Experience in Marketing is a plus
