We are looking for candidates in the following position:

Senior Software Engineer - Team Manager

Candidate will be responsible for leading team of 10+ engineers. We are looking for positive, professional, experienced senior level software engineer with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role, including recruitment, motivation, performance reviews, and overall management of projects and teams. Exceptional communication skills, multitasking, emotional intelligence and familiarity with business processes are a must for this position. Candidates must poses both technical and management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Functional manager for team of 10+ engineers
• HR responsibilities: recruitment, motivation, performance appraisals etc.
• Organizes and oversees team communication with clients: live meetings, email correspondence, reporting etc.
• Project Management: Project planning, milestones/deadlines date definition, scope of work assessment etc.
• Technical knowledge of all the relevant products and projects, software architecture and design within a team
• Involvement in code and documentation review

Desired Qualifications:

• Senior software development experience
• 2+ years in leadership/management role
• Strong technical background with C++ and/or C#
• Strong experience in software architecture/design
• Experience with various development/managemenet tools, such as source control systems (Perforce, SVN, etc.), bug trackers (Bugzilla, Mantis, Team Track, etc.), code review tools (Code Collaborator), wikis , Microsoft Project, Celoxis etc.
• Excellent communication skills. Experience in communication with foreign partners
• Ability to anticipate potential problems, determine and implement solutions.
• Strong coaching skills. Ability to step outside role confines and help teach and enable other team members
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.
• Technical background with low level system programming is a plus
• Technical background with mobile development is a plus
