Your responsibilities: ► Compliance of safety-regulations in the Paintshop ► Application of all necessary quality measures as defined ► Cooperates with Lab Tech assistant in maintaining and improving quality limits ► Keeps order and cleanliness in Paintshop area and executes preventive maintenance procedures ► Substitutes line operators if necessary ► Plans the production according to the plan as well as teams and personnel ► Replenishes paintshop raw materials and chemicals ► Makes necessary adjustments of the paintshop to maintain/improve quality ► Executes complex initial operations on machines, tools and measurement devices along with Line Setter and Lab Tech assistant ► Trains line personnel and supports his team ► Manages delivery status, scrap parts, quality figures etc. ► Participates in in problem solving processes ► Participation and realization of 0 series Your profile: ► University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or similar |
► One to three years of working experience in production and/or lab environment ► Proper knowledge of production methods ► Good knowledge of laboratory measurements methods ► Fluency in English – both written and spoken

Create and maintain Vehicle Data (vehicle-/engine types, production country, etc.) in Marketing Data Warehouse Expert System (FAS) based on SAP ►Collect and maintain information about the specific vehicle manufacturer's products used in vehicles (original equipment) ►Allocate Bosch products to original equipment part numbers and vehicles based on cross reference data
►Constantly optimize Marketing Data Warehouse System ►Constantly check and maintain data quality level of the Marketing Data Warehouse System
