We’re looking for a:
People Operations Coordinator
to support the successful running of our Belgrade office for a 12 month period of maternity cover.
You’ll provide basic generalist HR support, and manage the day-to-day running of our office. We’re looking for a natural people person, someone meticulously organised, and a reliable pair of hands to support Fnatic’s ongoing growth in 2019 and help us establish ourselves as an employer of choice in Belgrade.
Your mission is to:
- Create an enjoyable office work environment for Belgrade employees; ensuring the space is maintained well and is kept clean and safe
- Maintain office consumables, ensuring staff have required tools to conduct their work
- Manage supplier accounts and handle payments to office service providers/suppliers
- Maintain Belgrade office asset and software licence register
- Build a strong relationship with the landlord and be the primary point of communication
- Manage office and staff insurances
- Support any postage/shipping needs (local customs, documentation)
- Organise local outings and events for Belgrade staff
- Ensure proper archiving of all employment documents
- Work with our Accounting/Legal adviser to execute necessary monthly people and finance processes
- Prepare documentation requested by staff (references, supporting visa evidence, etc)
- Work with Finance team to ensure error-free execution of payroll each month
- Act as an administrator on company HRIS (BambooHR), and ensure Belgrade employee records are kept up to date
- Ensure Belgrade staff adhere to company policies, and that changes are communicated and understood
- Administer probation and performance review processes for Belgrade staff
- Research appropriate training opportunities to support talent development of Belgrade staff
- Manage onboarding, induction and offboarding as required for Belgrade staff, ensuring the Fnatic experience is best in class
- Support the creation of content to promote life at Fnatic externally and enhance our employer brand
- Support Belgrade Talent Acquisition processes from local advertising and candidate screening through to interview scheduling and candidate feedback
- Ad-hoc tasks as directed by manager
Requirements:
We’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s Degree with focus in HR, Management, Psychology or similar
- Solid experience supporting office operational duties
- Enthusiasm and a personality that energises those around them
- Familiarity with HRIS/ATS platforms (we use BambooHR and Workable)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, in both English and Serbian
- Good knowledge of Serbian employment law and practices
- Ability to deal with issues with sensitivity and tact
