At Aori.com, we are building a set of tools to help digital marketers conquer Google, Microsoft, Facebook and Amazon Ads. Founded in 2017, our goal is to significantly reduce the amount of overhead and manual processes of traditional digital marketing management.
We are now looking for a remote full-time Performance Marketing Manager to take ownership in executing all our efforts in search, display and social media marketing. You will be working closely with an existing team of talented marketers and developers to help us scale our paid user acquisition across all digital channels.
Your role and responsibility
- You take strong ownership of all our advertising activities in paid search with a focus on Google Ads, with the opportunity to incorporate Microsoft and Facebook Ads.
- You set up and then monitor, optimize and report the performance of all campaigns and contribute a substantial amount to the achievement of our ambitious growth targets.
- You help to ensure optimization of our traffic mix to deliver quality and quantity of acquisition by working together with our other channel expert in content marketing as well as the product team.
- You communicate directly with current and potential users and are an active member of the PPC community.
- You have a deep understanding of the U.S. and European advertising market and know how to communicate with this audience.
Requirements
- 2+ years performance marketing experience
- Profound knowledge in search engine advertising on Google and Microsoft as well as Facebook, with a proven track record.
- Confident and enthusiastic about running search campaigns in a highly competitive MarTech (marketing technology) space.
- Capable of transforming the complexity of a SaaS product into benefits and deriving competitive advantage for our advertising from it.
- Data-driven with excellent analytical skills creating actionable insights from advertising data for our advertising, marketing and product efforts.
- Experienced in working with data analysts to generate deeper understanding on the impact of our paid acquisition efforts to constantly improve actions top of the funnel.
- Fluent in English.
- Working full-time and being an integral member of the team.
