We are currently seeking for
Personal Assistant
to join our team in Belgrade.
Responsibilities
- Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
- Create recurring reports based on gathered information
- Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filling
- Preparing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
- Arranging travels and accommodations
- Implementing new procedures and administrative systems
- Liaising with relevant organizations
- Proactive approach towards dealing with queries coming into the Execs office - covering all media
- Managing setting up conferences and meetings, including: Invites, arranging accommodation, arranging hospitality, circulating agenda, minutes and actions and where appropriate, local and international travel arrangements and accommodation.
- Managing senior exec orientation and ability to set up own working environment.

Requirements
- University degree
- 2+ years of experience in managing office activities
- Operative in MS Office
- Active driver
