  • Field based, full time position covering I&I brands and stakeholders universe in Serbia
  • Responsibility for commercial, customer facing activities and sales execution in the area of Immunology and Inflammation
  • Maintaining relationships with HCPs, deliver sales calls, actively participate and organize meetings (in person and via digital communication channels)
  • Building and/or expanding collaboration with accounts via implementation of patients & customers' needs centric projects (strong emphasis on digital tools and channels)
  • Communication of clinical/scientific data and brands value proposition to different stakeholders
  • Account management and strategic sales: identification of customer needs & business opportunities, customers segmentation, sales data analysis & reporting
  • Positioning Pfizer brands in a competitive landscape, based on in-depth understanding of clinical & scientific data and in alignment with Pfizer strategies
  • Gathering customer insights and developing & maintaining account plans
  • Working seamlessly in multidimensional cross functional settings and a high-performing team
  • Identify and map relevant customer universe and their network
  • Develop and implement key customer development plans, through relationship building and personal responsibility for allocated customer groups
  • Deliver a positive, ethic, scientific & clinical based message to HCPs in accordance with agreed strategy
  • Work with key customer/stakeholders, also the Decision Makers at Regional level in to build partnership and collaboration in order to support our brands
  • Drive local meetings and participate in all national meetings within area to optimize collaboration with KOLs and increase knowledge of area. Participate in international meetings.
  • Develop in depth knowledge of the territory, including potential, competition & market future development

profile

  • Successful prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience with KAM management is a plus
  • Deep understanding and experience of national healthcare system and pharmaceutical environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with HCPs
  • Sales excellence and a structured approach in preparing and carrying out sales calls (F2F and via virtual communication channels/platforms)
  • Strong scientific knowledge and ability to learn quickly
  • Business & sales acumen with a proven track record of own sales results, understanding and interpretation of sales figures and setting a strategy based on that
  • Strong "can-do" attitude with an ability to see possibilities where others sees challenges
  • Strong team player, motivated by winning with the team and willingness to share own knowledge
  • Personal leadership, able to organize and strong in both planning and execution
  • IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint; CRM systems etc.)
  • Fluent English skills written and spoken
  • Valid driver's license (B)
