Candidates for the respective position should possess:

• University degree, preferably in Economics, finance and banking management, organizational science or related field
• Excellent average score on all subjects during the studies with related thesis on banking
• Very good knowledge of English language (intermediate level) – certificate needed
• PC literacy ( MS Office – word, excel, power point ), Internet usage
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve business objectives
• Previous professional practice or internship done within a bank or related financial institution such as insurance company will be considered as a benefit

Position requires following main duties and responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive, prompt and efficient information regarding loans, deposits and other relevant Bank products to the client
• Receive, check and collect all necessary information on relevant product and further processes
• Provide customer service in relation to offered bank products
• Establish, maintain and develop long term business relations with respective client
• Opening of the accounts, accepting and checking all customer documents
• Establish, maintain and develop long term business relations with respective client
• Active participation in clients acquisition
• Providing comprehensive, prompt and efficient customer service in financial transactions
• Monitoring daily cash reserves, providing sufficient volume of cash, balancing the Vault on daily basis
• Participating in daily reconciliation following the established internal procedures
