Candidates for the respective position should possess:
- University degree, preferably in Economics, finance and banking management, organizational science or related field
- Excellent average score on all subjects during the studies with related thesis on banking
- Very good knowledge of English language (intermediate level) – certificate needed
- PC literacy ( MS Office – word, excel, power point ), Internet usage
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve business objectives
- Previous professional practice or internship done within a bank or related financial institution such as insurance company will be considered as a benefit
Position requires following main duties and responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive, prompt and efficient information regarding loans, deposits and other relevant Bank products to the client
- Receive, check and collect all necessary information on relevant product and further processes
- Provide customer service in relation to offered bank products
- Establish, maintain and develop long term business relations with respective client
- Opening of the accounts, accepting and checking all customer documents
- Establish, maintain and develop long term business relations with respective client
- Active participation in clients acquisition
- Providing comprehensive, prompt and efficient customer service in financial transactions
- Monitoring daily cash reserves, providing sufficient volume of cash, balancing the Vault on daily basis
- Participating in daily reconciliation following the established internal procedures
