Process & Controls Improvement Manager
Location: Belgrade
Temporary contract: 18 months
Requirements:
- University Degree of education in Economy or Management
- Minimum 6 years of working experience in similar position or external audit
- Strong project management skills (lean six sigma methodology would be an advantage)
- Knowledge of Excel and SAP
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Strategic thinking
- Good communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to work with various levels in the organization
- Adaptability and flexibility
- Multitasking
- Ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of the industry would be considered as the advantage
- Driving license – B category, active driver with clear record
Reporting: directly to Finance Manager
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Driving the continuous standardization and optimization of business processes across HEINEKEN and active contribution to embedding an overall culture of continuous process improvement;
- Coordinating and executing continuous improvement initiatives across the company based on global methodology for business process design and management (lean six sigma);
- Advising the Management Team by providing insight, industry best practice and recommendation on continuous improvement opportunities (business cases, cost and benefit analysis) through ongoing interaction with business;
- Ensuring adequacy, efficiency and effectiveness of internal controls in the Company and supporting business in remediating deficiencies;
- Performing internal audits and compliance assessments in line with requests from Global P&CI or local management;
- Following up audit findings coming from external or global internal audit and supporting local management in remediation;
- Coordinating business risk management activities;
- Driving fraud risk management in the Company; raising fraud awareness, preventing and investigating suspected frauds;
- Professional Development – monitoring and keeping up to date with relevant audit, risk management and Lean Six Sigma developments, exchanging knowledge with other colleagues locally and within Heineken P&CI global community;
- Personal Development - working to achieve the development goals of self and team member, as agreed in Personal Development Plans.
Location: Belgrade with business travels to Heineken breweries in Serbia
