Our client is an international EMS company with diversified industries’ clients throughout Europe. Due to the expansion of their local business, we are looking for motivated and ambitious candidates for the following position:
PROCESS ENGINEER
Location: Niš
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing a process for introducing new or improving existing products
- Work with other engineers, mechanical, electro, technological, chemical and other, in order to ensure that all product requirements are systematically considered, from the initial concept to the final realization of the finished products
- Work on the changes (design and technology) of the product in accordance with the approval of the customer (purchaser)
- Providing expert assistance to executives in the engineering support department, and taking care of execution of tasks according to the set deadlines
- Providing expert assistance to the department of production during the manufacturing process
- Collaboration with production, quality control and development departments in order to timely provide the necessary conditions to produce samples, new and existing products
- Organizing the release of the production of the pilot series and verification of the defined parameters (technological procedure, material norm, normative of time, etc.)
- Taking care of correctness of the technical and technological documentation, as well as its proper use
- Monitoring the activities of young engineers, and providing the effective communication in order to avoid mistakes
- Responsible for producing samples and trial series of new products and for improving the process of existing products
- Responsible for the correctness of technical and technological documentation
- Responsible for performing supervisory duties in accordance with the organization's policy and applicable laws
- Reporting directly to Technology Manager.
Required Skills and Experience:
- University degree (preferable in Electronic field)
- A minimum of three years of working experience in the same or similar work
- Excellent technical knowledge and experience in electronics
- Knowledge of electronic devices
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Good communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of the work in the MS office package
