We quest a Process Engineer for our new plant in Aleksinac as soon as possible.

Role Summary

Responsible for organization, development and improvement of sewing (Trim) process of seating car covers. Engineering team member with reporting line to Engineering Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Development and improvement of Sewing process
• Selection and calculation of the amount of equipment and tools for car covers sewing process
• Preparing, drawing the layout of equipment
• Customization and optimization of sewing parameters
• Calculation of the complexity of sewing process and working staff required
• Calculation of material consumption rates
• Technological supervision of production
• Creation and keeping maintenance of technological documentation updated
• Development of measures to improve quality of product

Key Qualifications/Requirements

Education and Experience

• IV degree, Technical or Engineering School;
• Experience in the automotive industry more than 3 years, preferably seats production in international companies;

Qualifications

• Fully PC literate – strong Microsoft Excel skills, AutoCad
• SAP knowledge is ad advantage
• Knowledge of IATF 16949, VDA6.3, ISO 9001 standards
• Knowledge of English at Intermediate level or above
• Experience with Quality tools such as G8D, Ishikawa, 5Why, APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC is an advantage
• Accuracy, result orientation, high social competence, team orientation, initiative, high level of preferably seats production, self-motivation and flexibility
