Procurement specialist
Location: Belgrade, Serbia

Responsibilities and requirements:
- Providing a high level of support to colleagues in the organizational unit regarding products in order to achieve the set goals
- Evaluate potential new products
- Evaluate existing and potential suppliers
- Managing records and databases of products and suppliers
- Compare available goods and suppliers with industry trends to determine appropriate pricing
- Analyze industry and demand trends and support senior management with the development and implementation of sourcing strategies
- Evaluate documentation in order to be in line with national and/or international regulations and standards depending on future market placing
- Managing daily, monthly and quarterly reports
- Prepare proposals, request quotes and negotiate purchase terms and conditions
- Monitor inventory and sales inquiries in order to plan stock in time
- Place orders and monitor orders in the way to avoid shortages
- Inspect and evaluate the quality of purchased items and resolve shortcomings
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues and concerns
The qualifications required for position:
- University degree (Medical, Pharmaceutical or Dental Medicine University preferably)
- Fluency in English language (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of German language will be taken as advantage
- Proven experience of 1 year in sales/procurement/customer service business will be taken as advantage
- Proven experience in dialysis field will be taken as advantage
- PC literacy
- Valid driving license (B category)
