We are looking for:
Product Delivery Management Expert
Belgrade
Helps value stream identification in portfolio initiatives and acts as subject matter expert responsible for monitoring of deliveries across multiple teams of product owners.
Coordinates and reports on value delivery status across multiple delivery teams in order to ensure effective enterprise portfolio execution.
Monitoring and reporting product delivery performance, while suggesting operational improvements that will result with performance improvement.
Acting as a main interface towards enterprise and CMO portfolio, both in agile and traditional (waterfall) way of work.
Your responsibilities:
- Acts as SPOC and subject matter expert in domain of Product Delivery, for relevant enterprise stakeholders.
- Participates in relevant enterprise processes, such as portfolio management, CMO planning and prioritization, etc.
- Ensures enterprise priorities are properly reflected in product delivery backlogs and plans.
- Participates in cross-functional meetings and POs’ alignments in order to identify and coordinate product delivery dependencies.
- Performs regular tracking and reports preparation on product and portfolio delivery progress, while ensuring progress communication consistency.
- Organizes events and meetings to ensure organizational alignments and manage stakeholders’ expectations.
- Consolidates insights and prepares proposals for cross functional improvements of product delivery performance, on regular basis.
- Drives initiatives to improve state of enterprise agility.
- Drives adoption of JIRA or a similar tool as a single real-time source of truth about the state of each release.
For the good start, you will need:
- College degree.
- 4+ years’ of working experience preferably within telco industry.
- Project and/or portfolio management experience is mandatory.
- Experience with project and/or portfolio management in Telco and/or IT is an advantage.
- Experience with agile methodologies is mandatory.
- Experienced in stakeholder management across organizational levels.
- Highly analytical with good presentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
