The Automotive Aftermarket division (AA) in Serbia offers a broad range of services towards AA headquarter in Karlsruhe from areas of product marketing, quality management, trade marketing, purchasing and engineering. AA organization in Belgrade is unique on a global level due to being the only organization outside the central headquarter which performs the same headquarter processes.

Your contribution to something big:

► Support the activities of the AA-ES PM Team to fulfill the contractual post-series supply obligation to OEM until the defined end of the delivery obligation period
► Coordinate the planning and execution of Part Termination Notice’s to ensure compliance with procedures
„► Execute the Phase Out strategy defined by the responsible Product Manager
„► Follow-up PLCM activities with OE divisions and the proposal of PLCM assessments with plants or other suppliers
„► Development of forecast for cancelled components; ensure workflow for cost estimation according to procedure and include relevant AA approvals
► End of Life Forecast: Development of forecasts for all time buys & alignment with Customer Teams, PM & LOG functions including the monitoring of associated AA scrapping risk where inventory is stored at the producing Plant
„► End of Scenario Scenario Planning: Ensure volume forecast is aligned between AA & CM for developing manufacturing scenarios; participate in relevant meeting, involving PM as necessary
► Implementation & Coordination of PLCM activities with Plants & Suppliers
► Implementation & documentation of PLCM decisions in Key systems (e.g. RACE, VitAA, PLMe)

What distinguishes you:

► University degree
► Fluent in English, German would be considered as advantage

► Communication and organizational skill
