Due to the expansion of their local business, we are looking for proactive and dynamic candidates for the position of:
Product Manager - Business Developer
-waterproofing/polyurethane/epoxy floors-
Required Skills and Experience:
- university degree in civil engineering or architecture
- 5 years of working experience in similar position within construction industry
- fluency in English and advanced computer skills (MS office, AutoCAD)
- excellent communication and goal orientation
- business developer with distinct customer and market understanding
- strong business mind and excellent networking, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- driving license B category
Key Responsibilities:
- development of relevant projects in dedicated segments of Weber portfolio, project follow-up and communication with key decision makers
- support of waterproofing and flooring programs within strategic regional markets
- create partnering relations to the customers by supporting project realization and being the first point of contact in case of complaints; identification of market potential as well as customers’ innovation potentials
- promotion of Weber solutions, detecting new segments and creating relevant product portfolio
- support of sales of solutions as well as product assortment within large projects
- search and acquisition of new projects in waterproofing and flooring, create specification and act as a liaison between sales and customers
- market analysis and database update
- provide technical support to contractors, architects, investors, construction companies, applicators etc.
- follow up on legislation in relevant domain
- take part in creation of communication materials, delivering those as well as samples to customers
- train and present products and its application to contractors and sales colleagues
- technical support to sales as well as after sales activities regarding claims
- report to Marketing Manager
