Production Engineer & Supervisor

For our client, a leading international company in the field of auto parts manufacturing, Adecco is searching for experienced and motivated candidates for the following position based in Kragujevac.

Required qualifications:

• University degree (mechanical faculty, organizational sciences faculty or other technical faculty)
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the same or similar positions
• Advanced knowledge of manufacturing and production processing preferable in Automotive industry
• The advantage is experience and knowledge of maintenance and machine settings of automatic industry machines
• WCM experience is preferable
• Knowledge of LEAN production principles
• Advanced level of computer skills (MS Office)
• Fluent English language knowledge

Main responsibilities:

• Planning, organizing and monitoring the production process
• Direct participation in the production process itself
• Analysis of work results and improvement of productivity
• Conducting control and annual inventories
• Implementation of engineering changes to the products
• Control and monitoring the quality of finished products
• Provision and establishment of working discipline
• Requirements of materials and equipment necessary for the smooth running of the production process
• Planning the budget of department and its management;
• Cooperation with management, warehouse departments, and procurement
