For our Client, pharmaceutical company , we are seeking candidates for the following position:
Production Operations Manager
Belgrade
The role:
- Organization and management of the production process in line with the Client`s requirements, in accordance with the production plan, efficient use of equipment and minimal costs.
- Managing an organization unit, organizing the operational of the work of its subordinates, their recruitment, development and training
- Organizing technical preparation of production
- Control of the flow of realization of production plans, deadlines and quality of work performed
- Improvement of the production processes, development and implementation of new systems aimed to increase the efficiency of production and product quality
- Coordination of continuous improvement according to the principles of cost saving production
- Developing and implementing the necessary procedures and instructions
- Continuous measurement and improvement of key business indicators in line with company goals
- Planning of production capacities, including the number of employees, based on the operational production plan of the Client, the complexity of the components and others
- Control of spare production equipment (including the preparation of operating instructions according to the backup plan or spare equipment)
- Collaboration with the Quality Department to ensure the quality of the products
- Participation in the implementation and continuous improvement of the Company's Quality Management System in accordance with the requirements of the Client and the Company
- Preparation and submission of external and internal reports in accordance with the requirements of the Client and the company
- Planning and control of subordinate Department's budget expenditures
- Participation in analyzing and creating deadlines for risk reduction
- Ensuring compliance of the production process with the requirements of the legislation and corporate requirements on occupational safety
- Performance evaluation of employees' work according to occupational health and safety programs, taking into account the following indicators of good work: low injury; safe work organization, continuous work to ensure occupational safety and health
- Control of compliance with production standards and regulations, standards, technical conditions, safety standards, fire safety and ecology and assessment of possible risk in any business;
- Organization of work to ensure safe working conditions and compliance with standards
The successful applicant:
- 3 years of experience at Production Manager position
- University degree
- Intermediate knowledge of English language, both spoken and written
Profile:

- Business oriented
- Strong leadership skills
