Change Lab Global is seeking a Program Associate to assist the company's various projects and support the work of the CEO. CLG is an innovative leadership development company based in Washington DC. The work focuses on projects that include world-renown experts in the field of leadership, personal development, organizational development and change management. The position has many administrative roles, it also has many creative opportunities. Your job as Program Associate includes supporting the CEO with all administrative and operational tasks, but also managing the company's social networks pages and participating in leadership training. We are looking for someone who can learn fast, is open-minded and purpose-driven. Our goal is to invest in your development through additional training and certifications, to enable you to grow, take more responsibility in our growing company and align your work with your purpose. All work is online, and some adjustments to the EST time zone will be required. 

Responsibilities

  • Research various topics online
  • Light editing in English (emails, short texts)
  • Create PPT presentations
  • Support multiple Leadership Development projects and online sessions
  • Prepare and monitor invoices
  • Write emails on behalf of the CEO
  • Maintain computer filing systems and email lists
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Take accurate minutes of meetings, when necessary
  • Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
  • Support the delivery of online trainings
  • Support managing the company’s Instagram and LinkedIn pages
  • Managing logistics for online leadership program Shuhari and microlearning platform LeadUp
  • Support administring 360 personal leadership evaluations
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Book travel arrangements
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
  • Work in the US EST time zone (at least part of the work week, but not late hours)

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal English skills as all work is conducted in English
  • Attention to details
  • Great self-organizing, planning, and task prioritization
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask
  • Ability to create professional relationships with our partners and collaborators
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Zoom (all work is online)
  • Knowledge how to use social networks for business (Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • Tech-savvy - ability to quickly learn how to use new software (Zoom, basics of Notion, Mural, WebFlow, Learning platforms, etc.)
  • Ambition to learn in the field of Leadership Development and advance in career
  • Preferred: experience in activism and/or NGO sector
  • Education: University degree
