Project Associate

in Belgrade, Serbia.

Description:

• The Project Associate will be responsible for: Submission of files to EC of hospitals
• Conducting site feasibility and assessment
• Preparation of site materials and training of site teams
• Project support related to sample procurement, site visits, monitoring of sites‘ study documents according to GCP, SOPs and regulatory requirements
• Follow-up on active agreements and project statuses
• Relationship maintenance with suppliers, couriers and clients
• Update of data files and documentation related to both projects and internal organization
• Preparation of site and study related documents/databases
• Coordination of clinical trials in dedicated investigational sites
• Data entry of source data generated during patient clinical trials
• Assistance with general office administration

Requirements:

• University Degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, Biotechnology, Nursing or equivalent
• Previous work experience related to the fields of Pharma, Clinical Research and Biotechnology will be considered as an advantage
• Excellent communication and organization skills, ability to multitask
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
• Excellent command in English
• Enthusiastic, proactive, positively thinking, engaged, self-driven and communicative personality
• Strong feeling of high quality standards, reliability and adoption of timelines
• Positive approach towards challenging tasks
• Valid driving license
• 30% travel may be required
