Project Coordination Office is a function within E&CA PSE (Processing Solutions &Equipment) Projects organization. Projects organization takes care of engineering of sales opportunities for Equipment, as well as follow the opportunity execution by leading the installation of the equipment to the final customer.
Project Coordination Office Team Leader, South Europe
Cluster Project Coordination Office is working on multiple sides to connect the dots… Within Cluster project Coordination office we are searching for a dynamic person who can lead the team of 10-15 people responsible for the Southern-European region (Iberia, Italy and South East Europe markets).
The position can be based in Italy, Spain or Serbia
Key Responsibilities of the Job:
- Lead project coordination team focusing on activities for Cluster Project Coordination in close collaboration with respective project centre.
- Lead project coordination team to be accountable for the complete sales administration process, from operational purchasing to goods delivery, up to customer invoice
- Lead project coordination team to fulfil global processes, tools, applications, guidelines and templates. OFCE governance
- Drive KPIs, ensure gap analysis is done and actions are put in place
- Ensure team resources are balanced and workload is well distributed
- Drive competence development for the team
- Manage equipment inventories and drive warehouses optimization
- Drive continuous improvement in PCO team
Stakeholders:
- Project centre manager
- PMO managers and Project managers
- Supplier management
Language and Education:
To be a successful candidate you should have a University Degree. You are fluent both in written and spoken English. Spanish, Italian or Serbian language knowledge would be considered as a plus.
Professional Skills and Experience:
To be successful in the position minimum two years of experience in people management is essential. Knowledge of Orderfulfilment Capital Equipment process is considered as a plus, as well as a wide networking.
Personal Qualifications:
To be a successful candidate you should have strong leadership and conflict management skills and the ability to manage a multiplicity of stakeholders. You are a good communicator and are structured and organised in your work and have a self-starter personality.
