Project Lead e-Machines

Your tasks as Project Lead e-Machines:
- Analyzing customer requirements and carrying responsibility for the product E-Machine
- Overseeing, planning and leading the development project regarding appointments, requirements, quality as well as costs and pursuing milestones including measures
- Leading the project team (development, purchase, logistic, quality, production, controlling) within a matrix structure
- Acting as a point of contact for the customer – one face to the customer
- Coordinating the product development process – from the idea to the industrialization
Your profile as Project Lead e-Machines:
- Successfully completed degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Several years’ work experience in the automotive or supplier industry mandatory, long-term project leadership and leading experience required
- Assertiveness, high resilience, team oriented work mentality, determination, social and leadership expertise, enthusiasm for responsible and independent action
- Qualification IPMA Level D or higher preferable with confidence in usage of project management tools (e.g. RPlan, MS-Project, SAP)
- Fluent oral and written English skills in word and writing necessary, oral and written German skills preferable
