Project Leader Software Development
Location: Belgrade, Novi Sad
Function description
In the position of Project Leader Software Development you are engaged in planning, coordinating and delivering projects. We are building software applications, websites, MVP’s and campaigns. In addition to a full partner to the customer, you are able to analyze their needs and translate them into creative and technical solutions. You are responsible for ensuring that everything runs smoothly and the customer amazed by a stunning end result. Furthermore, you monitor the budgets, planning, help commit to growth of Nucleus Group and the working atmosphere in the department.
You will accompany the team, which consists of developers, project managers and designers both creative and on organizational level. You communicate with clients and teams in the Netherlands, but also with teams abroad or locally.
- Protecting project scope, progress and costs of projects
- You have at least 3 years experience in IT project management in a similar positions;
- Operational guiding to (international) project teams and (internal) organisation
- Planning resources with keeping in mind the interest of the different clients
- Taking care of reporting the status, progress and costs of the project to the clients and internal organisation.
- Working with different stakeholders to figure out the right functional specification within a briefing and a precise development design. The goal is to communicate this to the development team.
- Taking care that the service level has a continues supreme level, be aware that incident management is an important part.
- Motivating the team and internal organisation
- Identify development improvement opportunities, turn these into practical tasks
- Identify opportunities for new business and work together with sales
You have at least completed a degree and have the desire to work in a motivated team! You have ambition to develop yourself and always do better in your job. You are curious by nature, communicate the best and you can properly delegate on a healthy way.
