We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic, self-driven project managers that are keen to develop their career in a fast-growing market research company. The job vacancy is for our office in Belgrade, Serbia. We offer great opportunity to grow whilst working with a new team of fellow project managers and supporting all our offices with quantitative methodologies.
As a Project Manager (Market Research), your responsibilities include:
- Project manage between 4 to 10 projects at any given time (on average)
- Carry out quality control checks
- Monitor and supervise fieldwork
- Manage external panel partners when necessary
- Attend relevant training sessions
- Ensure the projects are running to the agreed timeline and budget
- Undertake all work in accordance with the ESOMAR/MRS Code of Conduct
- Actively contribute to the company and share team experiences
- Handle client and colleague enquiries competently
- Communicate relevant information accurately and in a timely manner
Candidate requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a management position
- University degree
- Good verbal and written language skills for English - Equivalent to C1+ (required)
- Some knowledge of market research is essential but not required as full training will be provided
Working Hours: 10am to 6pm
