We are looking for a professional Project Manager to join our team, on a full-time basis with sole focus on and responsibility for one of our US clients and in a daily communication with their office in the USA.

The candidate will be supervising all home rehab projects our client has in different cities in the USA, online through the utilization of field inspectors, portfolio managers and media photos-videos. The candidate will establish timelines and budgets for each project and help hold contractors and all involved to those budgets, time and quality.
The Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Coordination and communication between Acquisition, Rehab, Property Management and Clients
- Creating, validating and controlling execution of home renovations projects, inspections, leasing and property management
- Establishing and controlling budgetary requirements for the client, investors, contractors and third parties alike;
- Leading an internal team of portfolio managers
Requirements:
- Advanced written and spoken English language
- 5 years’ experience in project management or equivalent leadership and management position
- Experience with technology and ability to learn company’s custom software
- Experience with process improvement
- Ability to bring together all people from various teams
- Advanced time management and analytical skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent client-facing communication skills
- Negotiate prices with contractors, estimate materials and labor, manage all aspects of awarded projects to completion
- Work experience in real estate and home construction industry in the US is an advantage
- Highly organized and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients to clarify specific questions
- Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
- Motivate and coordinate various teams
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals
- Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis
- Coordinate with field inspectors to understand weekly all job site requirements
- Add new contractors to the team as well as train them on company’s systems
- To be successful in this role candidate should be able to solve issues, motivate, negotiate and influence people.
Compensation: Depends on Experience
Working hours: Flexibility required; 3 pm till 11 pm (US time zone), full time position
