We are looking for:

Projects and Indirect Sales Representative 

Belgrade

Project management

  • Team leader for further development and maintenance of TQAS/TRTC networks in 4 countries
  • Supervising prospecting process of members of the TQAS and TRTC networks in Hub Balkans countries, perform necessary studies, profitability calculations and decides if prospect should be candidate
  • Presenting studies and potential of chosen candidates to Managing Director for approval of investment
  • Supervising maintaining of the existing TQAS/TRTC network. Coordination of plans and activities on the sites during whole period with Total HSE and visibility rules
  • Stabilize the business and increase the volumes where possible
  • Visits to the existing members of TQAS and TRTC networks and to the prospects – together with sales reps
  • Supervising of Implementation and caring out sales and marketing actions as well as other activities in TQAS and TRTC network
  • Managing and coordinating Marketing Agency related to the projects *together with affiliate`s Marketing responsible
  • Supervising sales of lubricants and other goods, monitoring of payments in line with sales plans
  • Supervising of the implementation of local production project
  • Ensure the successful study and implementation of new projects related to sales and marketing

Animation of distributors /wholesalers

  • Animate the network of existing distributors of the affiliate
  • Assist the management to keep good relations and develop business/volume
  • Prospecting, finding and attracting new customers/distributors/wholesalers
  • Prepare proposal offers, sales agreements, bonus systems and perform presentations to customers, after the validation. Provide marketing and technical support to customers. Initiate and execute promotional activities in the territory after approval
  • Implementing and applying DMS for his assigned territory
  • Ensure implementation of sales strategy in the assigned territory
  • Checking and following marketing activities of the distributors
  • Respects the conduct code and the ethic chart of the Group, the internal procedures, internal regulations and the norms of quality, environment, health and security contained in the addendum to this job description
  • Planning and reporting through CRM and other required/available tools. Update databases on sales and customers

Candidate profile 

  • Knowledge of English - fluent
  • Commercial experience on the field, at least for 2 years
  • Communication abilities, sociable, team spirit, IT skills
  • Ability to listen, decide, understand and solve problems quickly
  • Synthetic and clear presentation and analysis of the results and the commercial performance for the affiliate
  • Autonomy and decision making capability
  • Open minded, prompt, goal oriented, well organized
  • Dynamic and enthusiastic
