Property Management Coordinator
Job type: Full time
Location: Belgrade
Working hours: 15 - 23h
Scope
- Communicating daily with clients, and business partners (verbally and in written)
- Coordinating tasks between clients, team members and business partners
- Monitoring and validating the leasing and property management process
- Optimizing set budget
- Ensure timelines are followed and deadlines respected
- Ensure correct fulfillment of all process steps
- Tracking and analyzing statistical data
- Leads with tasks initiation and solution delivery
- Actively contributes to process improvements and best practice sharing
- Performs precise data entering
Skills and competencies
- Excellent English language knowledge (verbal and written)
- Honed planning and organization skills (time, tasks, people)
- Proactive and assertive approach
- Delicate communication skills
- Easiness in working with different software applications
