Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the quality of the product according to Aptiv procedures and of the customer, as well as according to the project;
• Improving the efficiency of the production process in line with company standards;
• Reducing costs and ensuring customer requirements;
• Implementation of company values in the activities of the team;
• Ensure internal audit to support production plans and achieve the company's objectives;
• Proactive participation in company policy management, work standards, factory activities, cost control, employee relations, product quality, health and safety at work;
• Ensuring the transfer of projects for serial production;
• Compliance with the requirements set by internal control and work organization in accordance with the EOS procedure;
• Ensure proper planning and effective development of employee development, including performance appraisal and training plan;
• Keeping a good collaboration with various clients for optimal coordination of the Prototype Team activities;
• Escalating problems in the right time;

Qualifications:

• University degree – technical science or engineering
• Experience in Production/Engineering
• Quality System Management-ISO/TS;
• Understanding EOS system all flows;
• Deep understanding of Flow 4 & Flow 5 Operating System Strong person that protect the values of his job (will perform audits with managers, needs to keep own standpoint, not to be easily influenced)
• Advanced English language knowledge is obligatory
