For the good start, you will need:
- University / Colleague degree (preferably from Telco/IT area)
- Five years of experience in relevant Telco/IT area
- Fluency in English both oral and written
- Excellent analytical skills
- Flexible attitude and openness to new ideas
- Shows respect to alternative viewpoints
- High energy level, capable of energize others
- Goal and Business oriented mindset
- Customer centric mindset
Your responsibilities:
- Accountable for quality of existing and new services, products and systems provided by TnCO and other managed service partners as a part of cross functional teams
- Correlation between customer experience and technical KQIs
- Selecting target KQIs to measure availability and the right quality of the service
- Network Quality KPIs definition and follow up
- IT Infrastructure/BSS Service quality follow up
- Setting targets for quality of service as a part of cross functional teams
- Initiate quality improvement activities
- Systems and services performance management and reporting in coordination with TnCO
- Cooperation with other parts of the BU organization on process oriented cross-functional work
- Handling / controlling the service quality cooperation with TnCO
- Analyzing network quality trends
- Analyzing FLS and BSS quality trends
- Analyzing capacity utilization
- Service quality incidents mgmt.
