Quality Assurance Manager  (m/f) – West Serbia

Your tasks:

• Compliance and optimisation of the quality management system according to ISO 9001
• Acquisition of all required company-relevant certificates 
• Organisation of a HACCP Team for the analysis of hazards, risks and critical steering points 
• Assurance of product, production and personal hygiene
• Quality control of incoming goods of raw materials and supplies
• Ensuring the cleaning and disinfection of the site as well as pest control
• Quality training performance 
• Controls of the preparation and processing of raw-goods and semi-finished products

Your profile:

• A university graduate in engineering areas (preferably related to the food technology)
• Preferably you own a certification for Food Safety Manager/certificate of Auditor Food – ISO 22000
• Relevant working experience in the areas of quality assurance, implementation of quality standards and guidelines as well as of auditing
• Pedagogical abilities and didactic skills as well as team spirit
• Knowledge of occupational safety regulation
• Sound knowledge of IT
• Proficiency in English and preferably German language skills
