QuickBooks Bookkeeper
Part-time, Work From Home
An opportunity for an articulate English-speaking, process and detail-oriented individual to join a growing start-up company in an administrative role. The ideal candidate will identify opportunities to improve existing processes and procedures and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. The opportunity is to work from home on a part-time basis.
List of duties includes:
- Invoicing Customers
- Expense report coding and processing
- Wage computation and payroll processing
- Processing Simple IRA pension plan payments
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports
- Maintaining employee and vendor records
- Maintaining CEO’s schedule, appointments, etc.
Desirable experience:
- Familiarity with the QuickBooks program
- Administration or accounting background/education
