For our expert team in LTE/UMTS/GSM Optimization, we are currently seeking for engineers to complement our team in Belgrade.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- RAN drive test measurements evaluation GERAN, UTRAN, EUTRAN, 5G
- Cluster measurements evaluation and report creation
- Working with different vendor OSS RAN tools
- RET Configuration and verification
- MHA Configuration and verification
- OSS KPI optimization and verification
- Parameter consistency check
- Radio Functionality and cell parameters
- Analysis of drive test data and recommendations
- Drive test failure analysis
YOUR PROFILE:
- University Degree in IT, Telecommunication or other related Engineering
- At least 2 years in 2G/3G/LTE optimization
- Understanding of site design and topology
- Experience with Nokia equipment would be considered as an advantage
- Knowledge of different RAN vendors (Huawei, Nokia, Ericsson, ZTE.)
- Tools experience (TEMS investigation, Actix, Romes, Atoll, OSS-RC common explorer, MapInfo etc.)
- Understanding of RAN site integration workflow tools
- Fluent English in spoken and writing, additional language is an advantage (German)
