We are currently hiring Truck Driver Recruiters for our Belgrade office.
The Recruiter will be accountable for managing all aspects of full life-cycle recruitment of drivers for the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sourcing, managing and processing of new driver’s leads and applications
- Contact qualified drivers to offer opened positions
- Providing background documentation such as MVRs, PSPs
- Maintain contact with the drivers throughout the on boarding process to ensure continuity.
- Revising and correcting driver applications
- Follow ups with the existing driver base
- Keeping up with weekly/monthly goals of employment
- Communication between different divisions of the company in order to be in tune with all aspects of the market
- Consult with hiring managers to understand business and recruitment needs for drivers.
SKILLS:
- Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Proven negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade candidate’s hiring decisions
- Experience in recruiting is advantage
- English (both verbal and written) is a must
- Spanish speaking candidates have the advantage
- Ability to work in a dynamic work surrounding
