We have been consistently growing since 2006 and currently looking for Recruiter to join our HR team based in Belgrade, Serbia. As our Recruiter, you will be responsible for the proactive and strategic sourcing of high quality staff throughout a variety of mediums.

Responsibilities
- Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet hiring goals
- Attract, source and screen top candidates to meet business objectives and challenges
- Manage a high volume of highest priority requisitions while maintaining a high level of attention to details and quality
- Track all search metrics and provide daily/weekly updates
- Participate in recruiting events and cross-functional project
- Identify future talent needs and proactively source the best candidates
Requirements
- 2 + year of professional experience in the IT sector
- Good English written and verbal communication skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proactive approach, strong and positive personality
- Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of MS Office, Google Cloud
- Preferably bachelor’s degree - psychology
