Recruitment & Talent Development Expert - Telenor Banka

Belgrade

Key responsibilities:

  • Building strong collaborative relationships with hiring managers
  • Understand hiring needs, and required candidate’s educational and professional qualifications, experience, and competencies
  • Organizing recruitment process through pre-screening resumes and candidates, facilitating, interviewing and assessment centers processes
  • Identifying appropriate selection techniques for recruitment, with critical roles being the initial focus
  • Coming up with innovative ideas to actively source candidates and implementing initiatives to attract top talent
  • Create and maintain a database of candidates
  • Responsible for the administration of performance management, including performance check-ins, competency management, and other processes; champion use of HRIS system with managers and employees
  • Upskilling the business leaders, so they have accountability for developing their teams and understand the tools available to support them
  • Identify training and development needs within an organization through job analysis
  • Design and expand training and development programs based on the needs of the organization and the individual
  • Undertake evaluation of post-delivery of learning and development initiatives
  • Constantly think of new ways to improve recruitment process, employee experience, talent management practices, career development, reporting
  • Support other HR projects as needed

For the good start you will need:

  • University degree
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR
  • Prior L&D and recruitment work experience
  • General understanding of business and human resources processes
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment
  • Strong change management skills
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Excellent knowledge of English language
