We are looking for:
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Sales trainer is responsible for planning, organizing and implementing the educational approaches and strategies as well as the development and resources of the courses. He/she is responsible for his/her work to the Training Manager;
- He/she need to efficiently communicate rules, ideas, regulations and policies of the Company, and as such must have excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to act as a leader;
- Implements educational programs;
- Equips the education center;
- Helps to prepare educational plans and programs;
- Supports employees;
- Attends administrative meetings;
- Initiates the development of the necessary knowledge and skills of his/her associates, participates in creation of development and/or corrective plans and he/she is responsible for their realization.
Candidate profile and qualifications:
- Fluently in speaking and writing of English language;
- Experience in selling or sales teaching;
- Excellent communication skills at all levels including excellent listening skills;
- Possess strong customer service skills and be able to work in a dynamic team environment;
- Advanced problem solving and troubleshooting skills;
- Ability to work in a multitask fast paced environment.
