One of the top real estate sales teams in Miami, Florida is looking for a work-from-home real estate operations manager. This person is an amazing leader, detail-oriented, creative and has the ability to lead, coordinate and follow-up to get things done. We are seeking someone with an exceptional eye for high quality standards and processes who can take the ball and run with it.
We are a 5-person full-time administrative and marketing team, plus 8 full-time real estate agents that completed a total of USD$125 million in sales last year. Our website has 60,000+ unique user views a month, and our instagram and Youtube presence continues to grow.
This is a FULL-TIME position, with benefits.

Strong verbal and written English communication is a MUST. Ability to work during our business hours is a MUST (our office hours are 9 am to 6 pm EST), due to follow up and phone call activities.
This is a full-time position, long term position with salary, benefits, and paid time off. Salary range is commensurate with experience and location: USD $2,000 - $3,000.
Responsibilities include:
Sales Management and Growth
- Oversee KPIs for all teams. Sales, marketing, admin
- Ensure sales and growth objectives are met or exceeded
Human Resources
- Develop and execute recruiting processes for new agents
- Prepare contracts for new contractors and employees
- Manage onboarding and training for new admins and employees
- Perform payroll for all employees and contractors
- Manage PTO and benefits
General Management and Administration
- Motivate existing employees and real estate agents to do their best work
- Document all standard operating procedures
- Keep documentation organized and understandable
- Keep insurance policies, company status with dept of state, etc, updated and renewed as necessary
- Work with third party bookkeeper to manage bills and invoices, prepare bill payments for authorization and sending, ensure bank reconciliation is complete, Escrow sub-account bookkeeping and management, Prepare wires for authorization and sending, do bookkeeping for specific properties under management
- Enforce company policies with our agents with kindness and compassion
Required:
- Extensive leadership and operations management experience
- Fluent English phone and writing skills
- Ability to work our company business hours: Monday through Friday 9am-6pm (New York / Miami EST)
- Able to take ownership of objectives.
- Constant focus on quantitative and qualitative understanding of brokerage
- Successful at managing multiple responsibilities.
- Very proficient with using web and mobile applications.
- Strong willingness to constantly learn.
- Team player
- Self-starter, confident and excellent judgment.
- Excellent and creative at problem-solving.
- Very reliable high-speed internet service for IP telephony for phone calls, etc.
