Repair Cycle Management Team Leader
As a part of Component Services Business Unit, the Repair Cycle Management Team Leader is leading and managing the team of the Vendor Performance Specialists, Repair Order Administrators and Repair Cost Administrators. He/she is accountable for the vendor portfolio performance and operational management of all tasks related to the repair cycle including creating orders, expediting orders, vendor management and fast track approving of repair costs.
Your responsibilities:
- Manage team performance in line with defined measurement criteria
- Proactively report on defined operational metrics to Management and initiate corresponding corrective/preventive actions
- Distribute daily work and delegate tasks efficiently within the team
- Manage staff actively and develop and empower the team accordingly
- Ensure continuous training of staff and knowledge transfer in the team
- Management of assigned projects
- Proactively support global alignment topics on Repair Cycle Management function
- Maintain local working guidelines and work instructions
- Ensure timely, efficient and customer oriented service delivery in line with operational, legal and commercial requirements
- Support team to manage customer specific complexity and manage escalation process within the team
- Direct vendor management, repair order tracking and quote approval process for close loop parts
- Collaborate with Procurement and Commercial departments regarding missing information or customer recharge potential identification
- Ensure repair process adherence to all relevant Aviation Authority requirements and guidelines applicable to Repair Cycle Management
Your profile:
To fulfill this position successfully, your qualifications must include:
- University degree (Business or Technical Education)
- 3+ years of experience in international Logistics/Supply chain/Operations
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Experience in SAP
- Industrial experience in Aviation / MRO industry would be an asset
- Experience in team leading is desirable
- Fluency in English (C1 level)
- Leadership skills
- Excellent communicator with high level of organizational skills
- Proactive, independent and service-oriented personality
