Retail Distance Learning Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Content and structure design of distance learning platform for retail sales representatives and leaders. Organization, delivery and quality follow up of all retail related multimedia and instructor led training.
- Production of comprehensive G2M digital training material as defined by business requirements during business analysis, including both planned and ad hoc initiatives and pilot projects.
- Coordination with relevant stake holders to establish goals, objectives, and priorities for distance education of first line employees in retail.
- In collaboration with relevant parties, creates and regularly adjusts retail development program and accompanying working procedures placed on intranet. Design comprehensive and attractive distance learning material with end customer needs and preferences built in the content, according to the expectations set by stakeholders, senior team members and immediate manager.
- Supports business analyses phase of G2M process, ensuring necessary data is gathered to produce contemporary and engaging customer facing processes and accompanying working procedures for front line employees, with special attention on different retail channels relevance.
- Regularly and proactively analyzes existing knowledge base in order to align information and simplify front line processes, with special focus on designing easy to follow manuals and guides for all retail channels.
- Assists in setting goals, objectives and priorities for distance education of retail sales representatives and leaders.
- In all of the activities fully utilizes available customer experience insights, assuring high satisfaction of internal and external customers
Requirements:
- College Degree or University Degree will be considered as preference
- Experience in retail sales working directly with customers is a must
- Strong interest in multimedia and modern teaching tools and applications
- Minimum 2 year of experience in telecommunication and sales
- Solid command of English language
