What will you be doing?

• Customer invoices and customer collection recorded daily on a timely and accurate basis in our accounting software SAGE
• Review credits added to customer accounts on a weekly basis and findings interpreted to the heads of departments
• Manage Customer queries escalated to the Finance Team and provide a feedback within 24h
• Perform month end duties on time and accurately and provide meaningful comments on monthly revenue trend
• Write and perform User Acceptance Testing for billing projects
• Coach non-finance colleagues and provide guidance on billing, collection and revenue
• Prepare workings for Audit and resolve any Audit requirement by deadline
• Support and provide encouragement to team member, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for training

What are we looking for?

• University degree – Faculty of Economics
• Newly qualified or fully qualified ACCA or equivalent would be desirable
• 2+ years general ledger experience
• Experience recording revenue and reconciling a large volume of customer's accounts
• Experience calculating accrued and deferred income
• Excellent written and verbal English communication and Microsoft Excel skills
