Mobile Intelligence is a dynamic and growing service that Mitto provides to a global client base. Our customers rely on Mitto’s Mobile Intelligence to obtain accurate mobile subscriber information. We are looking for Routing Analysts to analyse and monitor the quality of our suppliers and perform the necessary actions to maintain a high quality of service.
Your skills
- Holds a University degree.
- Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills, with a natural curiosity to acquire new knowledge and abilities.
- Exemplary organizational, evaluation, reporting and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Readiness for short to mid-term business trips abroad.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
Nice to have
- Experience in Number Information Services.
- Knowledge in mobile SMS and mobile GSM architecture.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring number information quality and response over the different connections to suppliers.
- Coordinate with suppliers, partners and internal staff, particularly with the Mobile Intelligence Team.
- Analyse and investigate the root cause of number lookup failures.
- Proactively perform quality improvement tasks and cost reduction tasks.
- Extensive data analysis as well as developing the reporting tools to share that data with management.
- Address customers professionally to ensure the development of the relationship.
- Support customers and administer account set up and maintenance.
