The Power Tools Division of the Bosch Group is the world market leader for power tools and power tool accessories. PT/LOG is the central logistics department of Bosch Power Tools. We have the logistics governance function to ensure standards across the different PT Business Units. In addition, we offer service to the PT Business Units to create synergies.
Our worldwide standardized Supply Chain Processes are mapped in a SAP R/3 solution, which is already implemented in Europe and Asia and will be further rolled out worldwide. To strengthen our process teams we are looking for SAP In-house Consultants in the area of Supply Chain Management.
Job Description► Take over a role as SAP In-house Senior Consultant in the area of Supply Chain Management for Sales and Distribution (SDL) in our plants ► Further develop process standards, design and implement new sales and distribution process with focus on process optimization and/or legal requirement ► Support our global Role Expert / Key User Community ► Support international rollout of standardized SDL processes ► Secure a sustainable implementation and compliance of the process standards ► Create training material and documentation, train and coach user departments on how to apply standard processes ► Intensive communication with IT, other process area, and user departments. Collaboration and change management in an international environment |
Qualifications► Relevant university degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or Business Informatics, preferably focus on logistics ► Minimum 3-5 years work experience in consulting or industry ► Very good SAP knowledge in distribution logistics and sales (SD, LE and optional WM), knowledge of EDI integration between SAP systems and of external customer systems ► Supply Chain Management knowledge ► Project Management and mentoring skills and experience in moderation techniques ► Strong analytical skills ► Ability to work in international and intercultural environment; willingness to travel (20%) ► Strong communication skills. High initiative and ability to work independently, logical thinking, authority and persuasive power ► Fluent in English |
