Key responsibilites:
- Contact with existing business customers in order to solve administrative inquiries
- Update regularly and accurately the client relationship management tool (calls, meetings, opportunities, Bid offers)
- Generate sales for account managers within the area by own prospecting and cold calling
- Providing appropriate technical solutions to business customers witnih the business area
- Act as a back up Account Manager for entire business area
- Proactively liaising with colleagues to provide constant and consistent services, provide cross-service cover and help prevent excessive administrative workload peaks
- As team support and backup Account Manager, building and maintaining multiple relationships with dedicated accounts portfolio at operational level
- Partner with Account Managers in order to fulfill all administrative support needs and creating value for Telenor's Small and Medium customers
For a good start, you will need:
- High School or University degree
- 2 years of B2B sales or customer care experience (eg. Business Contact Center, Account manager for cooperation with companies, Telesales, Business development etc)
- Preferably, knowledge of telecom and IT products and services
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office package
- Intermediate knowledge of English
- Driving licence
