SOHO Channel Support Agent
Responsibilities:
- Initiates, makes contacts and schedules by phone/visits SOHO companies in a specific geographical area on behalf of SOHO counsellors
- Gathering key information on SOHO legal persons
- Composing and sending reports on performed activities within defined timelines
- Following and promoting results in the contact establishment process, as well as during the sales process
- Maintaining the quality of activities according to defined KPIs
- Searching data on SOHO legal persons in internal and external bases
- Following the liquidity of SOHO legal persons
- Close cooperation with other Departments within the company with a view to efficiently solving challenges and customers’ requests
- Perfect knowledge of the offer, products and services of Telenor’s and competition’s mobile telephony
Requirements:
- Secondary/high school diploma
- Exceptional communication, sales and customer care skills
- 2 years of working experience in sales and negotiations with business partners
- Relevant negotiating skills
- Familiar with telco and IT products and services – capability of providing technical information relating to mobile devices, products and services
- Higher knowledge of MS Office package
- Basic knowledge of the English language
- B category driver’s licence
