Summary

We at Fulcrum are looking for a strong candidate to join our Sales Development Team. This person should be flexible with change, comfortable in a fast-paced SaaS environment, and eager to advance their career in sales.

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Fulcrum, your primary objective will be to identify and qualify potential leads to build a robust sales pipeline for our sales team. You will play a crucial role in driving our business forward through the following responsibilities:

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting: Utilize tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and the world wide web to identify and research potential leads and accounts within your assigned territory.
  • Outreach: Using email, phone calls, and LinkedIn to connect with new prospects to understand their process.
  • Lead Qualification: Qualify and assess leads to determine their level of interest, needs, and fit for our products and services.
  • Identify decision-makers and gather relevant information.
  • Schedule Meetings: Schedule high-quality meetings for our sales team with qualified leads to further explore their needs and potential solutions.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and interactions in our CRM (Salesforce) to ensure efficient tracking and reporting of progress.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, sharing insights and feedback to optimize the sales process continually.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of relevant SDR/Sales Ops experience within a tech company (SaaS preferably) -
  • Strong written and verbal skills (English) - able to effectively communicate with new prospective customers
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Remote based setting
  • Goal Oriented - proven track record of hitting and exceeding goals (Personal & Professional)
  • Strong understanding of CRM (Salesforce)
  • Ability to navigate sales systems and tools (Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, Orum)
  • Coachable, always willing to learn and get better in sales
