1 Minute Feedback enables clients to get real time customer insights to develop their Sales teams and ultimately grow sales. Our proprietary feedback system helps Sales leaders reinvent the way they coach, engage and empower their teams to drive sales. 

Established in 2017, we are a dynamic and passionate team focused on growing organically. Our vision is to establish an operations center here in Belgrade which will house our product, sales and customer success teams. We are ready to take the first step towards achieving this vision and are seeking a Sales Development Representative.

Sales Development Representative Profile: 

We are currently seeking a highly-motivated Sales professional who takes the initiative and follows through with the execution. As a Sales Development Representative you will be responsible for understanding a prospects needs, before developing and presenting tailored solutions. Your challenge will be to close qualified opportunities into value added customers. 

You will also play a key role in helping to establish and grow our operations center in Belgrade. This is an opportunity for you to shape the future of our center and the Sales and Marketing organization.

Salary Range: 1,000 – 1,300 plus performance related bonus

Your Challenge 

  • Generate sales leads, follow-up on opportunities and close business.
  • Prospect with small to medium sized organizations.
  • Create emails to reach out, educate and connect with potential clients.
  • Make cold calls to understand, penetrate and develop accounts.
  • Educate and develop prospects via emails and phone calls.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with a client’s senior level leaders.
  • Capture progress towards closing clients leveraging a CRM.
  • Consistently follow-up with phone calls and emails to develop relationships.
  • Meet and exceed Sales targets.
  • Onboard, train and develop new hires.

Your Attitude, Skills and Experience 

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Fluent in English.
  • Lived, studied and / or worked outside of Eastern Europe.
  • Experienced in selling B2B software / cloud solutions.
  • Motivated to learn, develop and grow as an individual.
  • A self-starter who implements his / her ideas.
  • Developing and recommending solutions to the problems they face.
  • Identifying and capitalizing on opportunities.
  • Energetic and passionate about connecting with people and selling.
  • Able to listen and understand others’ needs.
  • Communicating ideas succinctly (both written and verbally).
  • Convincing, persuasive and can influence others.
  • Driven to meet and exceed expectations.
  • Interested in technology and learning more about it.
